Back in the fall Tiger ended up with an abscess on his neck. The vet said it was from a puncture wound, probably from the bite of another cat. It was really gross, I'll spare you the gory details. But there are two photos that I want to share.
We had to keep him from pulling his staples out and re-opening the wound.

As you can tell from the photo, he was NOT impressed. It's been several
months now, the wound is all healed and Tiger is back to normal.
Except for his attitude. He's still a bit miffed that we put such an awful,
colorful bandage on him. Maybe one day he'll forget. We can only hope.
