Day 1 of National Blog Posting Month

So, apparently November is National Blog Posting Month and all bloggers are supposed to post daily. When I first started blogging my original goal was to post daily. That lasted about five days before I fell off the wagon. My next goal was to blog a couple of times a week, which turned into once a week, which now is apparently once in a blue moon.

I think I'll take the challenge and participate in National Blog Posting Month. I suppose I should go ahead and warn you, in order for me to successfully blog each and every day, I'm going to have to resort to posting about the most mundane things in life. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying that up til now all of my posts have been either news worthy or Nobel Prize winning. Rather, I'm just warning you upfront that some of what you'll be seeing from me this month may. be. BOOOOOORING!

I should also state that I am not doing this officially (NaBloPoMo) because (a) I'm not one to always follow the rules, and (b) I don't like having someone tell me what to do. For those of you who know me in real life, I know this isn't something that come as any big surprise. Also, by not doing this officially, it will be easier on my ego when if I slip up and miss a day or two.

I'm going to take it one day at a time and

hope for the best.

Time will tell.
